      Interesting research topics, Relatively flexible working hours,

      Cons

      Poor payment for an experienced researcher, Heavy work load that requires to work over 10 hours/day on average. Work calls/emails anytime. No bonus except extended healthcare. No networking opportunities, leading to no opportunity to find an industrial job.
