Working environment and culture is the worst I have ever experienced in my career. No one is there to watch out for you.. you are on your own. Instead of working towards a common goal, each department works against each other to make their own numbers. A LOT of politics. It is a 140 people company in Canada and every week at least 3-4 people either resign or let go. Employee turn over is crazy!! I had 4 BOSSES in the 1.5 years I was with the company (no joke!). There were 9 people on my team when I first started working and by the time I resigned there are only 3 people left on the team doing 9 people's job, out of which 2 are less than 3 months old at the company. Employees are not secure about their future here. Most employees I knew are actively looking to get out of here. At this point they are in a process to make the company private and sell it to the parent company in US and the future of this company is really ambiguous. Unless you are really desperate, this company is a BIG DISASTER! I would not recommend it to anyone.
