      -My line manager was very supportive and friendly -my close colleagues were great to work with and I genuinely learnt a lot

      Cons

      -Awkward location -Culture became more toxic over time with multiple re-organisations -Rigid ways of working -Salary isn’t great -No budget for promotions or team days -multiple instances of discrimination by management
