Pros
Work remotely, independently with little supervision. Good product line and good technologies. Competitive salaries. Professional work environment. Fairly good benefits.
Cons
Have cut staff to the point of implosion, unsustainable. Top performers have either left or been driven out. Top leadership has no understanding of the type of business, service, that they are in. CEO is a one-trick pony, cut costs. Has got to go. No vision. Company has tumbled in the eyes of the market and the customers. Year after year of shrinking top line.
