      Pros

      Great colleagues. Good recognition of sales and technical people, very little for those behind the scenes supporting sales and technical.

      Cons

      Worked with company for many years and with the recent change in leadership a decision was made to remove a large group of very knowledgeable people. Company has become extremely silo-ed in they way they operate, lack of information sharing. IT support - help lines (off shore) and portal are extremely frustrating - not user friendly.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule when possible, company car, company provided learning materials for various industrial processes and related chemical solutions.

      Cons

      Can be a very demanding job for onsite sales roles. Poor communication and management in certain areas of the company. Some regions staff extremely light leading to burnout.
