Pros
Lots of flexibility with a great people/culture focus. Remote work option with a fully renovated office when in person. A fun group of people to work alongside of with opportunities all over the business.
Cons
The remote work policy will be changing soon, requiring more time in the office.

Where to begin? Constant layoffs has left fractured ethic. Rapport is at an all time low, zero trust in the team and leadership. Leadership team is completely disengaged on day to day operations. Unbelievable hours working nights and weekends. Survival is how I would describe day to day, with not one glimmer of hope on the horizon.
