Pros

Some really talented people and some big name clients. If in the right department, you are are safe. Nicely renovated building.

Cons

Much of the work can be done by interns or anyone out of college even high school. Some longer term people really shouldn't be there--they only do their little bit and the hell with the product as a whole. Bad attitudes. Incompetence. No raises or cost of living increments in over 9 years unless you are in the special departments such as digital or Creative. Sales people who don't go out to get sales. Some really mean and downright rude people that made the environment toxic to point I've seen people cry. Environment: basically sit there, do your work and wait until called in by your manager and HR to be let go.
