      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to improve your skillset while still collecting a pay cheque. (Do absolute minimum required and spend the rest of the time preparing to kick this sad organization to the curb by improving your skillset)

      Cons

      Low pay. Lots of incompetence(if you really believe that this sad organization has figured out how to retain excellent, competent workers at below industry average salaries, then your intelligence level is similar to the one of that hr vp who has been posting responses on behalf of the company and you will be a very good fit.)

      Pros

      Tons of over time, shift differential pay, double time on days off that are worked, Holiday pay, continuous pay raises through training.

      Cons

      Tons of overtime !!! Overtime is often called last minute and it is mandatory.
