Cons
- weak bosses micro manage, control career growth, accuse subordinates for following their commands as "disorderly conduct" - no one wants to take responsibility for their decisions, lots of deflecting attitudes; blame game. - Attacking employees for giving feedback during a one on one and still disclosing it to other employees not in their department.
