Pros

- Cool project - Health benefit is great; allowance of $500 quarterly (I use it to pay private insurance) - No mandatory OT

Cons

Other than what's above, pretty much everything else. - HR are dismissive, they take weeks and weeks to follow up. - Projects are disorganized - Low pay compared to the amount of work - Share of tasks is unfair. Some artists will get more work and some artists will not - You will NOT get sick days until you hit the 3 month mark with the company. You need to request UNPAID time off. - Production & Management will ignore you unless they need something from you

Thank you for your detailed feedback—we value your perspective and are sorry to hear about your experience. While we’re glad you appreciated the health benefits and lack of mandatory OT, we recognize there’s work to be done. Your comments about HR responsiveness, task distribution, pay structure, and policies are taken seriously. We’ll review these areas to improve communication, fairness, and support for our team. Suggestions like removing the sick day waiting period are helpful, and we’ll pass them along to leadership.

Pros

Small and friendly company, good office location. Work was interesting and engaging, and I was trusted to do my job and never micromanaged. I learnt a lot and can honestly say I enjoyed my time working there.

Cons

While I appreciate that WFH is very popular in the industry, I would have enjoyed more in-person interaction or events outside of work to meet people. The office was often empty and rarely had more than 3-5 people in.
