I don’t know how to put this but if you’re considering working here you’re probably in Ontario, if being in sales is your trade this is not a sales job. The commission are $10 a sale, in their busiest year in their busiest season, if you work an 8 hour shift five days a week, you’ll take home a $300 bonus, and that’s if you finish in SVI’s top quartile of sales. They will pitch to you that people can clear a thousand dollars in commissions, some truly do that is not a lie, but those people also will work 6 and a half days a week for the most part and have mastered sales to the point they should be in major business to business sales opportunity and are seriously undervalued and underpaid. They claim to be the only Ethical company in storage. Please trust me they are not ethical to the tiniest degree. Some of the people working there are genuinely amazing people. But trust me if they’re considering hiring you here, you can throw a rock out your window and find better pay, work, and management in the cities they hire in.
