This position gave me priceless experience. It afforded me near to complete autonomy to manage a multi-million dollar business at a Class A Facility in an often fast-paced business. I understand the company continues to grow so opportunities for upward growth would certainly be likely for performance driven individuals. Upper management was always a pleasure to work with and I was motivated to give them my highest level of performance. I received a competitive salary, bonuses, and even housing + utilities.
Cons
Those who are not self-starters will have difficulty with this position. If you are looking to watch the clock and collect a paycheck, you will struggle.
