possibly the background time could be faster but thats not them

I've been working with Stratosphere Quality for some time now, and I can say its an okay "job" if you know who to talk to. Some pros to working with this company: you should receive hands on training weekly if not daily.

We do not receive raises. Sad but very true. Most times the leadership team is over worked and under paid. Temporary workers come in making 14.00/hr versus a quality inspector coming in making 16.00/hr. Sitting behind a desk you will hear some crazy things come out of peoples mouth.
