Pros
Outstanding support system. Imagine being a business owner and you have multiple support teams that help close deals. The compensation model is amongst the best and unique in the financial planning industry. Upfront commission for any individual insurance and group insurance plans submitted plus monthly residual from insurance and investment plans.
Cons
Not for everyone. Need to work very hard to establish a solid book of business for the first 2 years but is very rewarding. Sometimes you book appointments and it would get cancelled so need to be patient and persistent.
