Pros
- new challenges - fast paced and exciting - flexible options - smart coworkers/mentors - unlimited vacations I am shocked to read the bad reviews, I have been at the company for many years and there were recent layoffs in Nov (sales only) and Feb (company wide) that management had to make some tough decisions, but they offered support and networking opportunities. I love our culture and our management, I feel supported and so lucky to have some amazingly talented mentors (and I am not in HR). Most of the firings I have seen have been very justified, the reviews seem like a couple scorned ex employees out to get the company.
