Pros

Good vacation policy and high compensation packages

Cons

After spending years with the company, it's been disheartening to see the culture deteriorate. It feels like leaders are more focused on boasting on LinkedIn than genuinely caring for staff. This used to be a place where the president knew your name, managers would speak to you, people actually cared, and heck even HR felt like they were there for you. Now, you're lucky if managers even recognize you—unless you're one of their "friends" of course. The other comments here about favoritism are spot on. There is a real clique within the management that bleeds into the culture. If you need help, don't even bother, I've been waiting over a month for an answer to an email from HR and when I see them in the office they ignore me... can't even muster up a smile. Lots of firing happening in the last few years, but hey, our offices make for a nice social media post.

Pros

Leadership is very supportive and the environment is very collaborative. The workloads are fair and the work-life balance is outstanding. People stick around a long time because they love working here and so there are a lot of resources to pull from in terms of people who know and understand the history of the various projects that are regularly worked.

Cons

Lots of tenure results in low turnover. Low turnover limits upward mobility.
