      For the industry, alot of R&D ongoing. Growing company. great people and management. good work is recognized

      Cons

      constant organizational change leads to a confusing set of hoops to jump through for projects. long project timelines make for slow developing work. Canadian pay is drastically lower than employees from USA for same role.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
