Terrible CEO. Terrible executive leadership team. Terrible IS leadership. Terrible HR leadership. Senior executives DO NOT walk the talk. Obsession by senior leaders of paying tens of millions of dollars to management consultants. Decisions made by senior leadership and HR comp are so devoid of integrity that it’s laughable that integrity is one of TC’s “core values”. IS outsourcing has been a complete disaster and is an embarrassment. Senior executive leaders have still not been held accountable for their role in the outsourcing. Hiring freeze with decisions on hires being managed at an executive leadership level. Failure to lead has devolved into micromanagement.
