My experience with Telus International was extremely disappointing, especially as a new hire in training. The way employees are treated feels careless and easily replaceable. There is very little support, and the training for the Shopify Support Advisor role was not effective at all. The sessions were rushed, inconsistent, and lacked the proper guidance needed to succeed. When I reached out for help, the support was minimal or not available at all. Despite being told that my performance was positive, I was suddenly terminated during training with no proper explanation. I was given vague reasons, no documentation, and no real feedback I could learn from. It became clear that employees are not valued — you’re just quickly replaced without any effort to develop or support you. If you’re considering applying here, be aware that the training is weak, the communication is unclear, and the environment offers little stability or care for new hires.
