      TMF Canada is growing, and there are lots of opportunities for personal development. We work with a wide range of international clients, so there is a great exposure to different types of businesses. Every day and every client is different We work hard to support the personal and professional growth of each and every employee in our offices in Toronto and Vancouver.

      Cons

      Working in a global company can sometimes feel that at a local/individual level you are not part of the bigger picture. This is something we are working hard to address, that everyone feels part of the TMF team.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
