Pros
The addition of Next Level Exchange as a training partner really changed the landscape for me. As a manager, I know my team has access to ongoing development and coaching combined with input from me when required. The Training that TalentSphere has invested in allows me to grow my team whilst carrying on with the job!
Cons
Sometimes the choices of tools and learning options can be overwhelming, however very grateful to have access to it all!
