A plethora, where should one start.
Place is toxic, starts with Human Resources tracking every movement you make. Expect a nasty gram if you work at home over 2 days in a given week.
They give you free snacks, big deal…employees take them home to feed their families.
They try to incorporate Indian culture in the Western World, another failure.
Promote the organization is on the “Greatest Place to Work” rankings. Total lie.
Told employees no changes would be made during the sale to Sun, total BS as people were let go within a week.
No transparency and so many lies.
What a big mistake taking a job here, would rather work at a coffee place.
Morale at an all time low, cannot be fixed.
If you want a long term career, seek other organizations.
Oh and did I mention they off- shored functions to consultants. The output of work has been horrendous to say the least.
Horrible benefits and severance policy.
