Senior management not on same page each just working in their silos without a common goal; no one fighting for the employees, instead of investing in their employees they overwork them with no rewards; stuck on their SOPs without logic to improve, update or progress; senior management role out projects without thought of impact just so they can check off their KPIs; CEO doesn’t trust anyone and has lost several VPs in the span of one year.
