I’m a very optimistic personnel, who don’t usually write. But I’m warning you gonna loose your peace of mind and will be treated like contract person. I ignored theee reviews when I read this before joining this company. And now suffering. It’s honest advice, you gonna suffer everyday because management gonna finger point to you; it all comes from senior management. No one want to improve and correct mistakes. Just fingerpoint and give their load to further chemists that is not unrealistic and not achieveable.
