      Pros

      The on boarding process was good! Initially, working there was nice, but then there was a change in the management which literally plunged the entire work life with Emirates. Tickets are good. Colleagues were the only saving grace!

      Cons

      Inhumane management! Sick Leave Certificate is needed when you take a day off cause instead of resting they recommend we wait at the doctors for hours :) Shifts were terrible Vacations? What's that? Did I mention how terrible the management is?

      Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

      Cons

      Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
