Pros
The company has a great customer base. Additionally, the managers that work above me are fantastic people, and overall, the company does have a very familial feel to it. This is also a fantastic place to work if you're looking for a career in the automotive industry as it's entirely possible to make a lifelong career here.
Cons
Some of my coworkers have said some very off-colour remarks. Some have made subtly racist remarks, while others have said some flat-out racist comments, particularly about East Indian and East Asian customers. I've also had coworkers describe things they don't like as "gay", and overall there seems to be an atmosphere of bigotry in the company that seems to run deep.
