Pros

The people who have been there for a while, PR lifers, are very patient with training despite a constant revolving door of people leaving. Some of the students are lovely. Fairly casual office- no suits here!

Cons

Bureaucratic, hierarchical, extremely low pay, the executive director makes every single decision and so there's little autonomy or career development. I've seen the executive director yell and stomp his feet like a child in the middle of the office. 9 hour work day. They won't even pay for office tea or coffee. Employees have to pay for themselves during company get togethers. Christmas parties are sad events where we split pizza and pop. Only 2 weeks per year of paid vacation.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.

Pros

Great team. Remote work. Work life balance.

Cons

Constant layoffs. Low pay. Very unstable right now. No one knows where the company is going.
