Business Outlook
Pros
the pay is above average compared to most of the other CNA jobs (above $13 an hour)
Cons
too much drama, miserable adults gossiping and creating rumors about people. management and higher-ups refuse to do anything about it, which leads to high turnover rates of people coming and quitting. it’s a shame. a lot of residents also get pretty neglected or abused (by both the CNAs and nurses) and again, no one cares. most of the nurses act like they’re above doing CNA work, but then also gets frustrated at you when a patient needs painkillers. all in all, not a great environment. low support, high school environment, lack of resources. only pro is semi-decent pay, but as you can see, still not enough to keep people around
