      Promotion timelines can be unclear and inconsistent across departments. Some legacy systems need updating. Onboarding process could be more structured for new hires joining distributed teams.

      Pros

      The people you directly work with will rock and you will most likely have a manager who cares.

      Cons

      AI usage requirements. 3 days in office/week requirements. They have recently started watching our git contributions as well. It feels like constantly you are one stat away from being put on a PIP. Along with all that, they handled ICE misusing their product so poorly it makes me embarrassed to work here.
