      Bad work life balance. Bad Job Security. They simply hire to fire. Senior people try to save their jobs by putting blame on juniors to which they are not responsible. Now a days they are laying off in the name of fake PIP. Don’t join this company

      Pros

      The people you directly work with will rock and you will most likely have a manager who cares.

      Cons

      AI usage requirements. 3 days in office/week requirements. They have recently started watching our git contributions as well. It feels like constantly you are one stat away from being put on a PIP. Along with all that, they handled ICE misusing their product so poorly it makes me embarrassed to work here.
