      - remote work - ability to work on various projects - lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      - constant leadership change - stagnant salary, can be at the bottom of your pay band for a long time even with excellent performance reviews - no bonuses - constant change to performance tracking - constant layoffs and uncertainty around your job
