      Pros

      great benefits, the health insurance is great, the vacation policy is great, I have 25 days per year because I have more than 5 years at the company

      Cons

      You might end up in a not so fun project, or maybe in the bench for a while if there is no project for your tech stack The compensation used to be good, but then Canada inflation went crazy and our salaries are pretty much frozen, so not so great anymore
