      - Good work-life balance - Culture is pretty meh, feels fairly transactional

      Cons

      - Remote only - Not a lot of career opportunities, most people are senior/leads and this means that even at a lead level it is very difficult to lead projects - Pay raise/promotional process is not transparent - No concept of managers anymore, which makes it very difficult to have important conversations about compensation, project organization, culture, etc..
