The company is well-established but still evolving, which means there's opportunity to contribute new ideas and take ownership of meaningful tasks. Communication is clear, and expectations are well managed. I also appreciate the flexibility and trust given in my role, as well as the emphasis on quality and service excellence across the company.

It can be fast-paced, especially during peak seasons, so being organized and proactive is key. Some internal processes are still being refined, but leadership is open to feedback and making improvements.
