Tiger Calcium has a strong sense of teamwork and professionalism. As part of the Sales and Business Development team, I’ve felt supported by both leadership and my peers. The company is well-established but still evolving, which means there's opportunity to contribute new ideas and take ownership of meaningful tasks. Communication is clear, and expectations are well managed. I also appreciate the flexibility and trust given in my role, as well as the emphasis on quality and service excellence across the company.

It can be fast-paced, especially during peak seasons, so being organized and proactive is key. Some internal processes are still being refined, but leadership is open to feedback and making improvements.

I have worked for Tiger for about 7 years. The management is one reason I have stayed as long as I have. They are very supportive and have also worked hard to create a positive work environment. They appreciate your efforts and reward accordingly.

There are many roles where travel is required as there are currently 3 locations. Slave Lake, Edmonton and Calgary.
