Lots. It's a huge relief not working there. It's an illusion filled with misandry, disrespect, and unaccountability. Especially the supervisors in the head office—if you are a masculine man, avoid them. I don't blame the customer service reps because I got shouted at and abused getting called names about my skin a lot in this company by customers, and they expect you to take it with a glowing smile. Employees will have covert prejudices around you, and store managers will keep it swept under the rug. Avoid, avoid!! No matter how well you perform, it won't be enough. God has blessed me by not working here anymore.
