Cons
Management is lacking in integrity. Employees turnover is high, revolving door. Micromanaging at it's finest, one senior manager will hammer your head and send you under the truck most of the time, that will cause you to have a burn out and eventually quit. They would want you to pound the phone and generate customers for them and if you don't meet their expectations you will be given a warning that they will fire you. They pay the least salary for the sales position, not worth the stress to get into this company. Some senior account managers are like sharks, they would want to get your customers even if the customer is already communicating with you. Management doesn't care about employees, flexibility of working from home is not possible, they are letting the people work even you are sick.
