      Pros

      Decent pay for the stress level required. High pace work but without someone breathing down your neck. Annual cost of living increase. Overall it's a great work environment.

      Cons

      Very repetitive, TCT is not very giving when it comes to merit based raises. can become mundane after a couple years on the Job. There is not really any space for advancement.
