Pros

People - most are hard working and great to work with Performance oriented growth opportunities - hard work pays off

Cons

Top Heavy - not enough workers to support existing goals let alone aggressive growth goals Centralized - goals driven by US Parent Reporting requirements (internal) are getting cumbersome - multiple reports, same content, 100's of slices work environment has progressed to very chaotic Work/life balance is encouraged but hard to attain with current workloads

Pros

Location and modern office near Union Station

Cons

I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.
