Pros

Genuinely a lot of good people who have been here as Tremco lifers - easy to get along with your co-workers if you put in the effort. Has DB Pension. Could also be a con, but you don't really get direct guidance for your goals and projects so if you're a self-starter you have the flexibility in pursuing things you're interested in for the most part. Decent work-life balance all things considered.

Cons

A lot of these lifelong workers all say that the culture in the company has been in a steep decline after RPM bought them out. Co-workers don't go out for drinks after work like I've been accustomed to at other places I've worked at. Preaches safety but never gives you the capital to pursue safety projects when they've been identified. Retention rate of both salary staff and production workers will continue to be terrible until they figure out a way to entice people to work for them. Salary is competitive but could be better for the amount of work that employees do here. Vacation policy is outdated - and follows the American status quo of 2 weeks starting no exceptions.
