-People on the floor are quite possibly the best individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with - Co-op program really helped maintain a certain culture and fresh attitude towards work -Was amazing to work for when it was a small group

-Scaled way too quick and too big to the detriment of culture talent and work - Senior leadership is quite possibly the worst bunch of humans I have ever had to interact with on the face of the planet. From CIO to CPO to CEO this is a group of individuals that will ignore all the red flags and any advice given to them. Only to point the finger at the floor to say you need to be "smart" and "hungry". Not to mention ignoring blatant sexual harassment claims against founders by female employees. The HR department is a waste of time and space at this company . The individuals in senior leadership are of the party hard while everyone works mentality. CEO wont stop selling the company to his own employees and its only going to get worse. TribalScale keeps referring to itself as innovation this innovation that. There is nothing innovative about this company. They are dev shop the charges double than their competitors for bad code. They are not working voice, AR or any innovative tech. Fake it till you make it. or till you lose all your clients. that is what is now happening. SLT keep giving themselves raises while pay on floor has been horrendous, leading to more turnover. Senior Leadership got a 10% approval rating from their employees. Future Candidates take heed.
