      Lots of people to learn from, pair programming, fun games and support.

      Cons

      Sometimes there's no project to work on if the company doesn't have much. But you can work on internal stuff.

      - Great company culture and warm welcome - Supportive teams that value your opinions in projects - Self-growth is a priority at TribalScale as well by doing research, making blogs, and side projects - The interview process was seamless with constant interaction with HR - Transparent!

      Pros

      People were nice and kind and the location was convenient for the subway

      Cons

      It's consulting work: mostly about the marketing rather than any quality of engineering. Pair programming sucks and is half as effective.
