      Unity's culture work-life separation many talented people

      it has become corporate, even though management says it has a "flat" organization structure very hard to get things done even with "complete autonomy" it has grown too fast

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
