      Great in store staff. 40% discount.

      Cons

      High goal expectations for associate, leads to stealing of sales. Comission sales can be stressful to some and cause animosity between the team if managers cannot keep it under control .

      Head office is clear and concise, and A fantastic work environment

      Pay can be a bit frustrating, it’s a great place if you want to move up to management, or if you’re in school.
