Since management has changed this place went downhill. New management does not care about your needs or concerns, you are just brushed off to the side like trash. This is a gossip and drama environment that is very toxic to your mental health. There is a mean girl group that are on a witch hunt. Work is not evenly distributed at all, however everyone gets paid the same.. which does not make any sense. Some employees are sleeping/lounging/on their phones or watching shows; while others are working non-stop to complete tasks. Employees who really care about the company and put the most effort are walked on /used like a tissue. Pay raise is minimal and doesn’t depend on how hard you work – everyone is given the same %. They make you do the work load of 3 people, but the pay does not match up. You are never praised for your hard work and dedication. New management does not care about your opinion; they only think they are right. I highly suggest that anyone even thinking about applying here does themselves a favour, and look elsewhere. Don’t even get me started about head office, they themselves are a joke, thank you next. There are many companies out there that care about their employees and appreciate them. STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
