      Pros

      We work well together. If feels like family. The General manager is so laid back and easy to get along with. Can attend to your personal needs if something comes up.

      Cons

      Some times work can get overwhelming because there are not enough of us to take on all the work coming in. Having to wear several hats to take on the spots of the missing personal ( open positions) .

      I am so blessed to be part of a company with leadership that truly cares about their people. Positive culture with good pay and benefits.
