      Great entry level position, and great benefits if you are full time

      Cons

      Surrounded by inexperienced or unmotivated people. Advancement is limited to time there, or training video completion, and does not take into account experience, certifications, schooling, or performance. Bonus system is rigged to not pay you any way possible.

      Pros

      You have a genuine team of people to work with who will push you to do better every day. I have made it a long way from when I started a year ago and I'm confident about my job position and my own abilities. As well as my teams abilities. If you show up and be a team player, you will have an army to back you.

      Cons

      This is a physically demanding job. You have to work in a hot and sometimes cold climate and get the job done quickly.
