      such worst & Toxic work environment, people can't feel positive benefits (that is nonexistent)

      *A toxic work environment can drain your energy, damage your confidence, and even affect your health (Poor leadership) *Bullying at work is a serious issue *Dealing with highly manipulative supervisors * They Blame-Shift & manipulate using fake narratives *Deepest problems within the company like poor mgt & a toxic culture

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
