      Pros

      Projects are very interesting. Product portfolio. Market expansion projects

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Late decisions of global leaderships. Politics. Too many vertical leader who hate each others. Different systems for different teams. Leaders don’t embrace different ideas of their team members. Global leaders are more pathetic. HR is also not very strong to overcome challenges due poor management. Poor pay rise.

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      Cons

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
