      Pros

      None that I can think of at the moment. Want to be laid off without notice, if so this is your company.

      Cons

      You will be worked hard with no additional compensation or advancement. Intense micromanagement and lackluster leadership from current IT director who is unqualified for his role. All IT access and account adjustments are slow as molasses due to inefficient processes and procedures.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
